§ 10-234. Environmental protections.

(a)

All mining operations shall conform to applicable air and water quality standards.

(b)

All private access roads shall be surfaced with bituminous or other treated dust free surface for a distance of 300 feet from the public highway with a minimum width of 25 feet.

(c)

Noise, vibration, and air pollution at the property lines shall be within the levels established by the township board, or applicable state laws.
