§ 10-424. Setbacks.

There shall be no filling or depositing of refuse, except inert solid waste and noncombustible rubbish, within 500 feet of any adjacent residentially zoned district unless written consent is secured from all landowners of property within 500 feet of where such filling is to take place. Once consent is given and filed with the township, it may not be revoked so long as filling activities continue without unreasonable delays or an abandonment of the project. There shall be no filling or depositing of any material within 100 feet of any existing dwelling.
