§ 16-85. Appeals.

  • An appeal may be taken to the zoning board of appeals by any person aggrieved by a decision by the township planning commission or other body charged with enforcement of this article. In ruling on an appeal related to this article, the zoning board of appeals shall follow the general guidelines for appeals as set forth in the adopted township Zoning Ordinance. Nothing in this article shall prevent an applicant from seeking a variance from zoning requirements prior to submitting an application for division of land pursuant to this article.
