§ 18-1. Authority of enforcement officer to issue appearance tickets.

The township enforcement officer, and his deputies, who are employed by the township, shall have the authority, pursuant to Public Act No. 147 of 1968 (MCL 764.9a et seq.), to issue and serve appearance tickets for violation of the following ordinances:
(1)

The state construction code (section 6-26 et seq.).

(2)

The township Zoning Ordinance.

(3)

The township blight ordinance (section 10-86 et seq.).

(4)

The township property maintenance code (section 6-56 et seq.).

(5)

The township fire code (section 12-26 et seq.).
