§ 20-3. Disorderly intoxication.

It shall be unlawful for a person to be under the influence of alcoholic liquor or a controlled substance or a combination of alcoholic liquor and a controlled substance in a public place and to either endanger directly the safety of another person or of property or act in a manner that causes a public disturbance.
