§ 30-341. Savings clause.

Latest version.

(a)

All proceedings pending and all rights and liabilities existing, acquired or incurred under any similar ordinances at the time this article takes effect are saved and may be consummated according to the law in force when they are/were commenced.

(b)

This article shall not be construed to affect any action pending or initiated before the effective date of this article in accordance with the rights and liabilities existing, acquired or incurred under any similar ordinances.
