§ 32-1. Vessel speed control.

(a)

All words and phrases used in this section shall be construed and have the same meanings as those words and phrases defined in part 801 of Public Act No. 451 of 1994 (MCL 324.80101 et seq.).

(b)

On the waters of LaPlaisance Creek, from LaPlaisance Road, Private Claims 416 and 423, downstream to the outer pierhead and on the waters of Woodchuck Creek, it is unlawful for the operator of a vessel to exceed a slow, no wake speed.
