It shall be unlawful for any person, corporation, or other legal entity to dig, sink,
or excavate any shaft, quarry, pit, hole, well, or trench on any unenclosed or occupied
or unoccupied lands in the unincorporated lands of the township to a depth of ten
feet or more for any purpose whatsoever without erecting or causing to be erected
and maintained a good substantial fence on such lands as hereafter noted.
